How to start installing Visual C ++?

You need to determine what kind of system you have: 32 or 64 bit. If you have 64bit, then we install both versions 32/64, if you have a 32bit system, we install only 32
Go through the control panel to “Programs and Features” and see which versions of Visual C ++ are already installed
